Melbourne Airport Meet & Greet Instructions
Where to meet your chauffeur at Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4, plus what to do if you cannot find each other.
Before You Arrive
LimoStar tracks your flight in real time. If your flight arrives early or is delayed, we will adjust the chauffeur's airport arrival time accordingly.
- Keep the passenger mobile phone switched on after landing.
- Check your messages for the chauffeur's name, phone number and any updated meeting instructions.
- Collect all checked luggage before going to the meeting point.
- Look for a chauffeur holding a sign with the passenger or booking name.
Meeting Point by Terminal
Terminal 1 — Domestic
Go to the ground-floor baggage claim area after leaving your gate.
- Gates 1–12: look near baggage carousel 1
- Gates 13–24: look near baggage carousel 4
- Remain at the designated chauffeur meeting point
Terminal 2 — International
Clear immigration and customs and collect all checked luggage.
- You will enter the public arrivals hall through Gate A or Gate B
- Meet your chauffeur between Optus and Hudsons
- Do not go to the taxi or rideshare rank
Terminal 3 — Domestic
Follow the signs to baggage claim on the ground floor.
- Collect your luggage
- Your chauffeur will wait at the bottom of the escalators on the arrivals level
- Look for the passenger or booking name sign
Terminal 4 — Domestic
Go to the ground-floor arrivals and baggage claim area.
- Collect your luggage
- Continue to the glass exit doors in the main arrivals hall
- Your chauffeur will wait by the exit doors with a name sign
If You Cannot Find Your Chauffeur
- Stay inside the terminal at the meeting point.
- Do not move to a taxi, rideshare or public pick-up zone.
- Check your phone for a call or message from LimoStar.
- Call, SMS or WhatsApp +61 402 463 301.
Important Information
- Airport arrival bookings include 60 minutes complimentary waiting time
- Additional waiting time may be charged after the complimentary period
- Only travel with the pre-arranged chauffeur identified by LimoStar
- Do not accept a ride from anyone offering transport inside the terminal
